Care Instructions
All items are sprayed with UV and waterproof sealant. Please keep items out of direct sun and rain as this can cause discolouring over time. We also advise to bring your arrangement inside in high winds.
Who do you use for your delivery
We use Royal Mail 48 tracked. We will send out tracking information once they have been dispatched. We are unable to be held responsible for delays once the item has been dispatched

Message me within 24 hours of receipt, and I'll certainly help to resolve any issues.
Sizing
We do our best to measure exactly the same in description. Sizes are approximate and may slightly differ at times by 1-2 centimeters.
How long will my item take to be made
We aim to dispatch your order within 10 days. If you need your order by a specific date please message us and we will do our best to help you
